Your Responsibilities
Last updated: 22 August 2026
As a Plik customer, you agree to:
- Provide accurate contact, location and service information.
- Disclose material conditions that could affect safe or proper service delivery.
- Provide lawful, reasonably safe and accessible premises when an on-site service is booked.
- Keep valuable, fragile or personal items secure unless they are expressly part of the service.
- Follow reasonable instructions given by the Provider for safety or service completion.
- Not request unlawful work or ask a Provider to bypass safety, licensing or regulatory requirements.
- Treat Providers and Plik personnel respectfully and not engage in threats, harassment, discrimination or abusive behaviour.
- Use genuine payment methods and not initiate fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes.
- Not record, photograph or publish a Provider's personal information for harassment or unrelated purposes.
Access and property
If a service requires access to your premises, you remain responsible for granting appropriate access and informing the Provider of relevant restrictions. Unless expressly agreed, Plik does not provide custody, storage or insurance for customer property.
Unsafe conditions
A Provider may stop or refuse a service if conditions are unsafe, unlawful, materially different from the booking or require specialist qualifications not included in the selected service.
Accuracy of complaints
Complaints must be made honestly and in good faith. Plik may investigate evidence, request clarification and take appropriate action where a complaint appears fraudulent or abusive.
