Platform model: Plik is operated by Rituar Business Solution and is designed as a technology platform that helps customers discover, request, schedule and pay for services offered by independent professionals, providers or third-party partners. The exact role of Plik for each service will be disclosed during booking.

Terms and Conditions — platform use, bookings, payments, cancellations, complaints, limitations and dispute terms.
Privacy Policy — collection, use, sharing, retention and protection of personal data.
Third Party / Service Provider Agreement — relationship with independent providers and partners.
Your Responsibilities — customer conduct, access, information, safety and property responsibilities.
Booking Agreement — booking lifecycle, provider assignment, price, cancellation, service completion and complaints.
Consent to Use Data — operational, safety, analytics and optional marketing consent.
User Consent — acceptance and electronic consent language for the app/site.
Services — scope, provider model, service descriptions and service-specific terms.
