Privacy Policy

Last updated: 22 August 2026

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Rituar Business Solution, operating the Plik Platform, collects, uses, stores, shares and protects personal data in connection with the Platform and services.

2. Data we may collect

3. Why we use data

We use data to create and manage accounts, match and schedule services, process payments, provide customer support, prevent fraud and abuse, maintain safety, investigate complaints, improve the Platform, perform analytics, comply with legal obligations and communicate service-related information.

4. Sharing

We may share necessary information with the Provider assigned to your booking, payment processors, technology/cloud providers, communications providers, analytics providers, customer-support vendors, professional advisers, insurers, regulators, courts or law-enforcement authorities where legally permitted or required.

We do not authorise third parties to use your personal data for unrelated purposes merely because they receive it for providing a Plik service. Contracts and technical controls should be used where appropriate.

5. Marketing

Promotional communications will be handled in accordance with applicable law and your available communication preferences. You may opt out of marketing messages without affecting essential service communications.

6. Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, contractual records, accounting, dispute handling, fraud prevention, legal compliance and enforcement of rights, after which it may be deleted or anonymised in accordance with our retention practices.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have rights concerning access, correction, withdrawal of consent where consent is the legal basis, grievance redressal and other data-principal rights. Requests can be made through the contact/grievance channel published on the Platform.

9. Deleting your account and data

Service Partners can request account deletion at any time from within the app (Profile > Delete Account). This permanently removes your profile, KYC documents and bank details. Booking and earnings history is retained in de-identified form for accounting, tax, dispute-handling and other legal-compliance purposes described in Section 6 (Retention), and is no longer linked to your name once deletion is complete. Customers can request account deletion through the same in-app control where available, or by contacting the grievance channel published on the Platform.

10. Children

The Platform is intended for users who can legally enter into the relevant transaction. Where a service involves a minor, a parent or lawful guardian should make the booking and provide any required consent.

11. Third-party links

The Platform may contain links or integrations controlled by third parties. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

12. Changes

We may update this Policy when our processing, services or legal obligations change. The current version will be published on the Platform.

This policy should be finalised against the actual data flows, vendors, retention periods, grievance contact and applicable DPDP compliance programme before publication. The DPDP Act, 2023 establishes obligations for processing digital personal data and rights/duties for data principals.
