Electronic acceptance

By selecting "I Agree", "Continue", "Book Now", "Confirm Booking" or an equivalent acceptance control, you acknowledge that you have read or been provided access to the applicable Terms, Privacy Policy and service-specific terms and agree to be bound by them to the extent permitted by law.

Separate choices

Where a choice concerns optional marketing, non-essential cookies, promotional profiling or another optional purpose, Plik should present a separate opt-in/opt-out control rather than making access to the core service conditional on unrelated consent, except where legally permitted and appropriately disclosed.

Authority

You confirm that the information you submit is accurate and that you have authority to provide information relating to another person where you do so.

Withdrawal

Where consent is the applicable legal basis, you may withdraw it using the mechanism made available by Plik. Withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully carried out before withdrawal and may affect the availability of features that require the relevant data.

Record of consent

Plik may retain a record of consent or acceptance, including timestamp, version of the applicable policy and relevant transaction/account identifier, for compliance, audit and dispute-resolution purposes.
