Booking Agreement

1. Request

A customer submits a request through Plik by selecting a service, location, preferred time and other requested details.

2. Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only when Plik displays or communicates confirmation. A request is not a guarantee that a Provider will be available.

3. Provider assignment

Plik may assign, reassign or substitute an available Provider where reasonably necessary, subject to service-specific terms and any material information that must be disclosed to the customer.

4. Price

The booking may show service charges, taxes, platform/convenience fees, materials or other applicable charges. Additional work should be authorised through the Platform where reasonably practicable.

5. Cancellation and rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling consequences are determined by the service-specific cancellation policy shown at or before booking. Any legally required refund or remedy remains unaffected.

6. Completion

A service may be treated as completed when the Provider reports completion, the customer confirms completion, or the applicable service workflow otherwise records completion. This does not prevent a customer from raising a genuine post-service complaint within the applicable complaint period.

7. Complaints

Plik may request photographs, videos, invoices, chat history or other relevant evidence. Where appropriate, Plik may offer inspection, re-performance, partial/full refund, credit or other remedy. The remedy offered will depend on the facts, service terms and applicable law.

8. No automatic admission

A refund, credit, goodwill payment or re-performance offered to resolve a complaint is not, by itself, an admission that Plik was legally responsible for the underlying event.

9. Force majeure

Neither Plik nor the Provider will be responsible for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, such as natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions, strikes, outages or other force majeure events, subject to applicable law and reasonable efforts to mitigate the impact.
