Plik ("Plik", "we", "us", "our") operates a technology marketplace connecting customers seeking services with independently registered service partners who offer and perform those services. Plik facilitates discovery, booking, communication, payments where supported, status tracking, customer support and related marketplace functions. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Plik is an intermediary/platform and the service partner is the independent provider responsible for performing the booked service.

2. Information We Collect

• Account details such as name, mobile number, email and account identifiers.
• Service and location information, including service address and, where permitted, device location.
• Booking, pricing, service-history and transaction information.
• Payment references and status received from payment providers.
• Partner KYC/verification, qualification, licence, bank/payment and service information.

3. How We Use Information

• Create and manage accounts.
• Match customers with service partners and facilitate bookings.

4. Sharing

We may share information reasonably necessary to complete a booking with the relevant customer or service partner. We may also use payment, cloud, communications, security, analytics and other service providers; professional advisers; regulators; and law-enforcement authorities where required or permitted by law.

5. Partner and Customer Information

Information visible to another marketplace participant is limited to information reasonably necessary for the relevant transaction. Users must not misuse, scrape, sell, disclose or reuse another person's information for unrelated purposes, harassment, solicitation or unlawful activity.

6. Location

Location may be used for nearby-partner matching, service availability, navigation and safety. Device permissions can be controlled through the operating system; disabling them may limit some features.

7. Security

Plik uses reasonable technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

8. Retention

Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary for account operation, transactions, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal/tax/accounting requirements and enforcement of agreements, subject to applicable law.

9. Your Choices and Rights

Subject to applicable law, users may request access to, correction or deletion of personal information, withdraw consent where applicable, and raise privacy grievances. Certain records may need to be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention or dispute purposes.

10. Account Deletion

Users may request account deletion through the application or the contact below. Deletion may not immediately remove information that must legally be retained or is necessary for fraud prevention, accounting, disputes or legal claims.

11. Children

Plik is not intended for children to independently create or operate accounts unless a feature expressly provides otherwise with appropriate safeguards.

12. Third-Party Services

The apps may use payment gateways, maps, push notifications, analytics, cloud infrastructure and communications providers. Their own privacy terms may also apply.
